3 Ways to style a lounge with our Meadow Sofa
As part of the process of designing an event, event designers will stumble upon the task of creating a few lounge areas around the venue for guests to sit and mingle.
Events have different themes or looks (like Miami Jungle or Florida Citrus) and the space available to create a furniture lounge may vary from venue to venue. Designers will need to decide what Sofa to rent that works best with the given theme and space.
In this post, we wanted to show how the Meadow Sofa, with its modern and earthy vibes can be set to fit different size spaces and purposes.
Depending on the space, the Meadow Sofa can be set up in different ways to create a furniture lounge. With its Maple finish and inviting seating cushions, you can easily create a natural looking lounge with a serene feel whether it's a corporate event, a meeting, or a conference.
It also has 5 different cushion color rental options: The softer colors of Cream and Gray as well as the bold colors of Red, Green, Aqua, and Yellow.
Here are a few creative ways to rent and use our Meadow Sofa for events:
Face-to-Face to create an intimate lounge area:
Create a vignette by placing the Meadow sofas face to face with a coffee table in the middle. Add accessories like accent pillows, a round carpet, and some umbrellas for a cute outdoor/indoor lounge that can be placed in the middle of the floor or by a wall. When multiplying this set up, you’ll end up with a repetitive look that fills up the space.
Connect the sofas together to create on long linear sofa:
The armless feature of the Meadow sofas allows them to connect together and create a long looking sofa. An inspiration for this can be found on the collage we made for the “Modern Earth” Rent the look. This is a great option when setting up an indoor lounge by a long wall or an outdoor lounge next to a line of plants. Needless to say, the Meadow sofas will look great faced in front of a lush line of greenery.
Create a large scale U shaped Lounge:
Want to create a lounge area that feels intimate but needs to fit a large number of guests? Setting up the Meadow sofas in a U Shape configuration can make this happen with multiple sofas on each side of the U. A set up like this will allow a large number of guests to sit. This can work for an intimate speaker setting or a company doing a retreat and looking for less corporate setups, where guests will lower their guards and connect. An area like this can be easily contained and defined by adding carpets and accessories inside the lounge and adding plants or backdrops outside the lounge to create a boundary between the lounge area and the rest of the event space.
