We are really excited to announce that our fun and colorful Pallet Lounges including our colorful Flattered tables and accent pillows are available in Las Vegas. Need to furnish a conference or traeshow in Vegas and looking to create unique lounge areas with a casual twist? Let us know!

Last month, we used our Vegas collection for the first time at a business conference hosted at the stunning Venetian Expo right on the iconic Las Vegas strip. The corporate planner hired us to create a mix of Pallet furniture configurations to be placed throughout the main ballroom. Each configuration created a seating lounge with color coordinated seating cushions to match the colors of each section of the event. With multiple lounges, over 5000 attendees got to unwind, mingle, and network. It was a vibe.

What Pallet furniture is available for rent in Las Vegas?

Our new location in Las Vegas will include all 8 lounge configurations: the Island Lounge, the Multi Level, the SideLine View, the Speaker's Lounge, the U Shape Lounge, the L Shape Lounge, the Pallet Beds, and the Pallet Sofas & Benches 

Can we create any custom Pallet Furniture configurations to fit a specific size space?

Absolutely. We can create custom size furniture layouts made out of the wooden pallets. For example, if you have a large center area and want to utilize the Multi Level Pallet Lounge, but would like it to be 32’ long instead of the traditional 24’ long, let us know and we will make the adjustments to fit the space. 

What colors are available for the seating cushions and accent pillows? 

We have many colors to choose from and the idea is to try to help designers match our seating cushion colors to the overall colors of the event design or theme. Every event carries out specific color requests and we are happy to help with this.

What tables are available for rent in Las Vegas?

Currently, our Flattered tables in Maple are available as well as the colorful top Flattered tables. Both tables pair great with the Pallet furniture and are used for guests to place drinks while incorporating a centerpiece like a plant or decor item. 

How far can Ronen Rental deliver to?

Other than delivering to the city of Las Vegas, our team can deliver our Pallet Furniture anywhere in the west coast including major cities like Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix. Some restrictions apply like availability and minimum requirements so make sure to contact us while planning your event.    

The Pallet Lounges are a great way to seat a large number of guests and create areas where people connect and mingle with a casual and inviting feeling. We can create colorful lounges for conferences, trade shows, marketing events, and music festivals of any size. 

We also offer sketching services to visualise how our furniture layout will look at any given size space. Sketching the space before hand helps eliminating any concerns about how the furniture can fit and saves time and hassle on delivery, as our team will already be familiar with the layout.
